What we do

Treeloppa is an information directory and a lead-connection service. We list tree services across South East Queensland and, when you request a quote, we pass your details to one local arborist so they can contact you. We do not perform tree work ourselves and we are not a party to any agreement you reach with an arborist.

We don't vet, endorse or insure the businesses listed

The businesses listed on this site are independent third parties. Treeloppa does not employ them, endorse them, guarantee their work, vet their qualifications, or insure them in any way. A listing on this site is not a recommendation or a warranty about a business.

Before you engage anyone, you are responsible for independently confirming their credentials directly with them — including their AQF qualification, any required licensing, and current public-liability insurance. Always get a written scope and quote before work begins.

Listings, ratings and pricing

Business listings, ratings and review counts on this site are drawn from publicly available Google data. That information may be incomplete, may have changed, or may be out of date by the time you read it. Any indicative pricing shown on the site is a general guide only — it is not a quote, and the only binding price is the one an arborist gives you directly for your specific job.

Using the site responsibly

You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a quote request, to use the site only for genuine enquiries, and not to misuse, scrape, or disrupt the site. The content on this site is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Treeloppa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from the accuracy of any listing or information shown, or from any dealings, work, or dispute between you and an arborist you connect with through us. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
